Culture is built by people. It is a foundation that cultivates growth. Culture draws people. People add to culture. And all the other easy words to say about the sometimes elusive c-word.
Fact AND truth is (are?) - Culture cultivation is simple but it ain't easy. And it starts with me (you).
It is the tortoise and not the hare. Which is fucked if you like to blow off steam by acting this way - see if this rings any bells (ding ding) - You do SO much work that you are ahead. Ahead (whatever you have concocted in your head about being ahead of whoever you need to be to be in the clear) means you can take your foot off the gas (petrol, here in Australia). And you do. And it's ok. For a while. YOU HAVE PUT CRACKS IN THE CULTURE IN WHAT YOU HAVE DECLARED YOU ARE BUILDING. And you know this. And what you are building instead is a culture of people that act like you get favoured. And the others feel like they are doing all the work.
What is actually happening is the folk that are Tortoise-like are 'on' 100% of the time - and the Hare-like are on 50% of the time (for arguments sake) - This creates an Us and Them culture - very bad.
So it's good to have Hare-like speed - yet you must have Tortoise-like stamina. So form a hybrid = you must be a Hartoise.
